The process of recieving your ESNcard:
1. Order it at https://card.esn.pl/
2. Wait for an email with your ESNcard number (it's not the email with payment confirmation), it may take some days,
3. Pick your ESNcard up at our office at Krakowskie Przedmieście 24 in room 209 (go through the main gate, proceed to the right and enter the door with ISIC written on it, find us on the second floor) during Office Hours (posted weekly on our social media)
